burning an iso file with nero?

ok i can't burn cdi images so i used cdirip and it converted the cdi image into an iso file and some audio tracks? how do i burn this? i tried using easycd but when i put the disc in my DC it makes a loud noise and stays at the Dreamcast screen?
am i suppose to burn the audio tracks with the iso image? if i can use nero to do this what are the settings?

Not so sure about those audio files but you can consider downloading cdi2nero and transfer it directly to nero image from cdi. It works fine with my games.
