How can that modchip be better, when it doesn't offer all the same things, or even new advances. Also looks like a clone.

Unfortunately he's not very bright & leaves a trail behind him. Look out on another forum for 'Chipito' Maybe if he made an effort to improve his image he wouldn't have to wear a disguise all the time.
