Anyone know how to work norton ghost?

Hey guys, I was wanting to back up my pc and am using Norton Ghost and I follow the demo exactly and everytime my pc restarts it says it ended in failure. What would cause this? Is there any other kind of program I can use instead.

Mmmmm I use Norton Ghost, but not the demo, and I think it works very well!
What I normally do is after formatting I backup my bare system, with no games programs etc onto CDRW's. Then I install all the regular software and games etc then Ghost it again! This way when I want a decent cleanup I just ghost it back! I personally think it works a lot better and more reliable than WinXp restore! In fact I disable the restore feature as I find it a pain! I hope you work out what to do with it and I dont usually get the message you are recieving!
