try the echelon selfboot method here. the selfboot kit can be found in the utilities section and cdrecord/cdrwin can be found on google.

you cant inject the files into an already made iso. you have to create a new one with the new files.

if you want to make a selfboot cdi, use bin2boot. you have to make the iso first with mkisofs and lba 0,0. load that iso in bin2boot and it will make your cdi.

yes. read the echelon selfboot tutorial. if you use bin2boot, heres a few tips.

you need an ip.bin. if you have the original cdi, you can extract it from the 2nd session by using a tool called IPExtractor. check one of the the sticky topics for it.

then, you have to BINHACK the 1ST_READ.BIN to 0. to do that, make sure binhack.exe, ip.bin and 1st_read.bin are in the same folder. double-click binhack.exe. it will ask for a bootbin, type 1st_read.bin, it will ask for a boot sector, type ip.bin. then it will ask for msinfo, type 0.

now skip the first couple of steps in the selfboot tutorial(dont burn any audio tracks) to the part where it mentions mkisofs. i forgot the syntax, but the part where you type the lba, put 0,0 instead of 0,11702. then after thats done, open bin2boot with that iso and it should create the cdi.
