Alcohol 120% & Liteon Burner

Why cant I burn at 1x speed on my LTR-52327s Revision 2 model
With Alcohol 120% I can read CDs at 1x but not burn even my older
LTR-32123s wont do it either, whats going on!!!!

Could be the program is set that way. Try using another burning program. Although I cant imagine why you would willingly want to burn at 1x.

yes I need to burn at 1x 2x speed for some backups
and yes I have use cloneCD and I can select the 1x & 2x speeds
I think Alcohol 120% has a bug but I have tried older version with no luck

Sometimes programs are just made that way. Because there is really no need to burn that slow. Burners nowadays are a lot more advanced than the days that we actually needed to burn at 1x. So many are more than capable of burning at higher speeds without problems and with the same quality as if they burned them at 1x.

Yes this may be true, But I have a new burner and a old one
and I have found that with same protections need slower speeds
