Ps2 Media Player Help

I have ps2 reality media player v 1.5e and a messiah chip.

i already have the program on a cd and working but i cant load the movie file from another cd.

but when i chang the media player cd to the movie cd i dont even see the file in the browser

Some chips don’t let you swap CD’s. If the TOC doesn’t show up, I’d say that was the case. Some of the cheapest Mods you can get will swap CD’s no problem, Magic 5, Apple pro, under $20 US. It’s also different for PS2 Versions, a V4 PS2 can swap with just a Magic 3.1 but a V7 would need the Magic 5 or Apple Pro.

Myself, I couldn’t live without Swap compatibility. I don’t understand what people see in these expensive chips when ones half the price will do everything. I install strictly Magic 5’s in PS2’s and Aladdin’s in Xbox.

try a search on the key word "player" in the advanced search and select ps2 games. From there you will be able to view every mention about the reality media player. Maybe there you will find the answer to your question. I have a feeling the avi file is not dvix. If i remember correctly PS2 reality media player is a dvix only.
