this could end up being an extremely long thread as there are thousands of games and millions of codes. perhaps searching the internet for codes would be more efficient and much faster as you can print them all or copy and paste them in your notepad.
 also this should be in the general gaming forum.

gamefaqs.com ign.com You want cheats, i suggest you go there. Like crazygamelover said, this would be too long if people actually did do it. Even if it reached 2 pages, there is just no point. People would read all the posts looking for cheats, then when they don't find their game (which is more than likely), they will just go to the sites listed above.
