External casing with up to 4 IDE/PATA drives

Does anyone know if the following exists:

An external casing for up to 4 (or more) ide (pata) drives with a single USB2 connector on the back

I do not mean the RAID casings for IDE drives with connects thru a SCSI connector

A bit expensive for this quad case but this is very similar to what I am searching. Now only a bit cheaper

hmm. Why not get a pc with specs of 1.5Ghz and under, maybe more if you want.

No moniter, just use it to have the hard drives in, and use a network to access it.

well its a lot cheaper and if your going to build it your self make sure you get the motherboards with on built ram that has fast trasnsfer rate e.g. 1gb.
