can someone tell me what the error message: unable to load. means, i get this trying to burn starlancer using diskjuggler, let me know

oh by the way im using the image to cd recorder option and when i locate the cdi file it takes forever for it to load up and when it does that is when i get the red x and unable to load, the file size is 803mb i think anyone ever run into this problem?
