Can't back up Doom 3!

I have Lite-On CD-RW, 52x/24x. One of the best for copy protections. I have Alcohol 120% latest version. I chose SafeDisk 2/3 profile, backed up, but the copy won't work!

What am I doing wrong?

Also, I read the BACKUP TO DVD thread, but is it possible to back it up on DVD with protection on it so that no crack is needed?

Lite-On Drives will not duplicate Safedisc versions above v3.15 from what I have read. Macrovision intentionally changed Safedisc because Lite-On drives worked so well for past versions.

Then you will need to buy on the newest Plextor drives. Those will backup the newest Safedisc and SecuROM and possibly some other protections though I have only tried Safedisc and SecuROM.
