2 films on one dvd?

Hey,

I have backed up 2 films and they are 1.4gb each, I want to put them both onto one dvd with a menu at the start so I can choose the film.

How can I do this, and how long will this take?

use a dvd authoring programme i prefere power producer 2 gold, but any decent authoring app will do. as for speed that depends on you'r system it can take any where from 15 houres to 2 houres depending on you'r pc specs. the only way to find out is to try it.

have you tried svcd2dvd?

this is a nice guide for svcd2dvd

http://www.mnsi.net/~gstrgy/Web/svcd%20to%20dvd/

you can also use tmpgenc dvd source creator to get them ready for dvd authoring, then author with tmpgenc dvd author, then burn with tmpgenc dvd author burning application that comes with it.

put each movie in it's own track so you can pick whichever movie that you want to watch when you make the menu for it.
