spiderman 2 help

hey,

i got spiderman 2 stuck on the level where u gotta kill the ufo any tips?

Yeah at first I had a little trouble getting out there.
So I would swing and then hit L2 to get the extra speed before I jumped and shot another web. Once you get out you'll have to swing youself up to the top. Then I just kept swinging around the outside of the UFO. You have to punch the little circles at the edge of the poles. So just keep swinging around until you get them all. You'll prolly be dizzy by now Then you will be able to go and kill the "brain" thing by the blades at the top.

I havent bought the PS2 version yet but the xbox version is awesome. It took me a whole 2 days of random playing to beat the entire game. Doc Oct is pretty tough. When you get to that point, if you have any probs, you may want to check out the review i posted on xbox forum. Also there is a part where you will face some pretty tough super villians accompanied by Cat. I suggest you jump into the scene periodically and the retreat to a safe place on top of the warehouse roof and let her do most of the work. When you only have a couple villians left, then jump down and finish em off. That was one of the toughest levels I encountered. Also if you havent already noticed, by doing jumps and then some tricks in the air, that will build up your spidey sence meter pretty quick. Dont forget to climb the tallest building you can find and run off the edge, thus diving into the streets below. Just before hitting the streets, spin a web to break your fall. I thought that was pretty cool. Great game overall. Way better than the first one.

never played the first one.Im talking about the ufo mission where they take over the statue of liberty.

They could have made it be more realistic and said there were terrorists oh well.

That was a lil tricky getting out of there.
Try pressing whichever button it is for the speed swinging. I think it is the L2 button that was previously mentioned. Like I said I havent bought or played the PS2 version yet but the game play should be the same. To beat the UFO just follow guod9's instructions and you will be fine. Remember to use the spidey sence button when it goes off to manuever out of danger. By pressing or tapping it, the manuevers will be automatically activated. He will dodge the oncoming hits by himself.
