Ecstatica 1, Martian Gothic and The Suffering

Hey guys,

This is my first post so don't ban me, stretch me, burn me and kill me okay?! Anyway, let's get down and dirty. I was wondering if anyone know has a no-cd crack for Ecstatica 1(not part 2) CD version. And the next game is Martian Gothic. I know version 1.0 is cracked but I was wondering if anyone here have a no-cd for version 3.0.

And the last question is about The Suffering....it's not regarding if there's a crack for 1.1 but why is the copy protection listed incorrectly?! I thought The Suffering uses StarForce copy protection NOT cd check. Anyone can confirm this?!

When i remember right, Martian Gothic is protected with Safedisc1.
So download Unsafedisc 1.55 and create your own Crack for your game.

My Ecstatica 1 game does not have any protection. But it is Floppy-Disk-Version (not CD-Version).

Martian Gothic is just a CD Check, I've sent a NoCD for Patch #3 to GCW!

The Suffering is Safedisc 3 protection.

As for Ecstatica, never played it and a brief search of various sites didn't turn up any NoCD's

I found a file that might help you, but I can't test it coz I don't own the game. If it works, I'll send it to GCW.

Please remember I don't own this game, so I can't test if the crack works or not!!

Hey ILL_BILL,

That Ecstatica "crack", whose URL you wrote above, is, actually, a walkthrough of the game in Russian...

Ah well, thanks anyway!

By the way, are you guys aware that Ecstatica is a DOS Game?! Does that mean cracking it will be hard?!

Hey Karthik,

Nope, actually, most DOS games are easier to crack than most Windows games... Back then, there were a couple of _very_ nasty custom protections for DOS games but I have the feeling (no, I could never crack any of them! ) that they were a lot less sophisticated than today's commercial protections for Windows games...

Hi Karthik,

Dunno who Digital Reality is. Also, while Hungary is not a large country, it's still 93.000 square kilometres. So... Seriously, they work in Budapest, I live and work in Budapest but that's all. And, no, I'm not interested in Haegemonia or other strategy games...

You mean you didn't read the 'readme.txt' file It goes in the same directory as the 'martian gothic.exe' file.

I just wanted to be sure cause I see most of the gfx file are in the data directory.
Dumb question but didn't anyone realize that Martian Gothic patch 3 was released?!
