That Damn corruption problem using Terraterm

I've seen a few posts regarding this and a couple of ggod responses,
However, I've tried all of them and still can't Backup my copy of Bass Fishing. It gets a couple of Meg through before stopping the Xmodem transfer and loads of random characters start scrolling up the screen. I'm using a Lik Sang cable and have tried loading up almost nothing other than the basic windows kernel yet still get this prob.

Pls Pls Pls has anyone got anything else I can try??

Thanks in advance

Defragmenting the drive might help I did this when I had problems and haven't had any problems since.

I was just trying to rip F355 Challenge and it kept doing the same thing but I kept reseting and trying again. It would get further and further before crashing but eventually I managed to rip it. I dont know why though I wasn't doing anything different I wasn't even using Ramboost when it actually worked.

Hippo,

I've been trying to get Bass Fishing backed up, Have you tried any others. I wonder if it's specific disks.

Funnily it always now seems to get to around 73 meg.

There must be a clue there, I just can't see it.

The ubiquitous Rambooster doesn't seem to help either.
