Firmware Flash

I have just bought a Pioneer 107d, could someone direct me to where I can get the firmware update to burn at 8x with 4x media, just a simple clicking on icons would be desired as I am always nervous at doing this sort of thing

http://pioneerdvd.rpc1.org/DVR-107D%...+%20nx4all.zip

get that one for the A07/107D.
It's not for the XL-Models!

then, READ THE README CAREFULLY UNTIL YOU UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING!

You have to note that a certain risk is involved. You can render your drive useless!
Dont flash until you know what you are doing!

If you flash and (hopefully) succeed then use quality (!) media to 'overspeed' them to 8x.

Ok I've now got the 2 files to flash in the same folder as DVR flash. Do I have to type a dos command or can I drag and drop the files into DVR flash.
