Microsoft Pandoras Box no-cd?

I have installed the 'Patch set 1.0' from the Microsoft site to get this game to run on P3 or above computers, as I gives the 'direct draw surface error' message. The problem now is the no-cd patch I originally used will not work. Is there a no-cd patch out there that will work with the update?
