Just a quick question.

I just ordered a premodded Messiah 2 V9 PS2 from www.socalmods.com.
I know their dependable, manny seems to know what hes doing . But he mentioned in the forum (I noticed after I ordered), that due to certain problems, he'll be using Magic V's instead of Messiah 2s. I was wondering, how good of a chip is the Magic V? I'm just looking for a general quality test, do they tend to die early? Tend to not have any problems? I'm just a little curious is all. Thx.

Have m2 1.33b fitted in version 9. It performs ok but can be tricky to swap modes on. Dunno of any other probs with it, unless he talkin about M2 v2.

Everyone who has a genuine magic V raves about how good it so sounds like u r still gettin a good mod.-

Yes the Magic V is a great chip. However if you paid for a M2 install and are getting a Magic V instead you may have paid to much unless he is refunding you some cash.

Due to some family problems he won't be working on it for a couple days, so I'll just ask him what chip he really is using when he comes back. And it would be a real Magic V, so thanks for calming my nerves .
