crazy taxi 2 boot problem

I burned an image (CDI) of crazy taxi 2, and i get the dreamcast logo to come up but it sits there and kindof pretends to access the disk every few seconds. any ideas? do i need a booter? is it trying to boot itself? i also have a vga box, so the regulr boot cd wont work.

I think the game you are trying to burn is Taxi 2, some kind of french game (not crazy taxi 2)
it was released by a small french group (alpax). If you have a pal dc, you might wanna try the patch that was released, otherwise i dont know...
