DiscJUggler v3 OPC or PMA update error

Using image file (2 sections, 29 tracks) v-mdk2.cdi (649.843kb), when start to burn first track of first section, i got the msg:
CDB:2a00ffffd71900000a00,status:040002,sense:03730 3) OPC or PMA error
I am using: Iomega ZipCD USB, Win98, DiscJuggler V3.00.780-DTU, ASPI(v4.6), CDR 80min/700mb.
