Convert from one format to another, just about every audio type is supported: mp3, mp4, Windows Media Audio (wma), Ogg Vorbis, AAC, Monkeys Audio, FLAC and many others I suggest dBpowerAMP Music Converter (dMC)

http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm

I use Winamp and it works great for converting MP3's to .wav format on the computer. You can also use Roxio6, if you want make an audio cd. It will convert it as it burns.
