Modifying Boot Disc

How did that guy change the background picture in the version 1.2? Also, is there anyway to add sound to the background of the boot disc? I'm really interested in modifying the boot disc. E-mail me if you've got anything on this.

pretty sure its just a standard pvr file... but instead of wasting your time on that, study the structure of a gd and make your games self booting... the boot disk is really useless. if you want to do something cool, get flash, make a neat movie, and replace one of the companys .sfd file (like activision or crave or whatever). did it with vigilante 8 and it says "another quality kevman rip" with a cool animation...
