Please help Dance Dance Revolution 4th Mix

I have the bin and the cue file but my CDRWin is not working, is there another way I can burn this game with another program or do something to the files to burn them with DJ 3.0 or Nero? CloneCD is not compatible with my burner (Ricoh MP7040a)

if cdrecord works, iso bust it and make it self booting... damn i should look for that game. i saw the dance pads on sale for like 10 bucks...
