vcd on dreamcast

need help.. vcd on dreamcast doesn't work for me! I've burned gypplay in the root of the cd and somewhere on the cd I burned a .dat file. I booted with utopia but it didn't work.. it jes' kept spinning and nothing happened. I encoded it to .mpeg with a vcd program but the same thing happened... help...

In order to read your films you have to convert them on mpeg-1 or mpeg-2 ONLY! and if it doesn't work you may change of prog to convert your films!
