Maybe you have a broken cable between your DC and your TV, with bad ground.
Just be sure that you have no short-cut between Right or Left and Ground in the Cable. Clean the Plugs on the TV Side and the DC and the Cable on both sides. Or just try a diffrent cable for you DC Maybe that helps
