DVDX Copy Express Question

Hello,

I've purchased DVDX copy Express through the internet, when it arrived it was the ver. 2.01. I've tried to make movie backups, but it only backups the movie with no menus, etc. does anyone knows if this version will bakup an entire dvd?

Any help appreciated.

I have DVD X Copy Express ver. 4.0.3.8 on my system but I hardly ever use it. I opened it up and noticed that there is a little box you can check that says entire disc, I'm guessing checking that would do the trick for you providing the option is on ver 2.01, otherwise I'd suggest updating that program.

The version I have does not have the copy entire disk option, I registered and activated the program, but apparently since I didn't buy the software directly from 321 studios, I don't qualify for updates.

Thanks for the reply.

Well in my opinion DVD X Copy is crap. I would go with CloneDVD2 if your strapped for cash DVDShrink (cause its free).

Thanks for the reply.

If you purchased it and you have a legit serial#, you do qualify for the web updates. I also got the boxed version and the web file updates work fine with my serial. Call 321 studio's at 1-866-383-2679 in the U.S., could be a different nimber in P.R.. Maybe you just need to reactivate your serial # through them, usually 1 to 5 ativations is all you get before you have to call if I remember right.
I'll give them credit for this, their tech support and hold times are not that bad and if you buy something from them they have a very good 90 day return policy, I found that out when I tried their software called Games X Copy.
