I have a DVD from america. And i come from the UK. Now i have changed my setting on my pc so i can watch this DVD. But it seems i can only change the settings a certain amount of times. From Region to region. Now this dvd is only available in america!!! So i need to beable to have a multi region pc. How is this possible??? I know any-DVD removes protection. does it do the same for region settings??? Please help. Thanks

Eagle is on a distinguished road
you are allowed to change the region five times. after that the last used region will be locked and dvds with other regions will not accepted/played.

but beware: the hardware (dvd-drive/burner in computers) AND (!) the software (e.g. PowerDVD) have both the region protection.

to remove region protections you need patched firmwares (called RPC1) for the hardware and for the software a special programmes that removes the codes.
