Installation Problem for Splinter Cell 2

I want to install the game and at the end of the cd2 installation I have some problemes with the files wich are not the same that the disc directory. Can every body help me ? I use the immersion disc release.

.....READ the board rules your iMMERSiON release is warez you should buy an original.

??? and even, if the whole world uses this disc release it is warez and warez are illegal no more questions, this thread is going to be closed.
