sick of buffer under runs when copying(Discjuggler2.0)

Please can some one help me i've just brought a new pc and cd writer and when i try to do D.C games using discjuggler 2 i keep getting BUFFER UNDER-RUNS Please help and could you give me a exact way settings etc to copy D.C games thanx the Games that i'm trying are already copied so what am i doing WRONG !!!!!!!!

Turn off all programs that start with windows. (anti-virus, pc-anywhere, ect.)
Turn off screen saver & powersaving stuff
Reboot your computer.
start DJ (don't run any other programs first)
load the iso file
click burn
then don't do anything. don't even move the mouse. just leave your computer untill the CD is finished burning.
