did u mod ur dc?
if so.. i think bootcd will not work.. if not.. check on ur version of software and burner.. maybe one of them is incomptiable.. however.. most of them does now.. and if everything looks fine.. try to make the game self-boot... others... i really dunno ..... hope what i say helps...
