v9 messiah 2 pro
Hey guys im at my wits end. Purchased my ps2 from overseas in england. I wa told that my ps2 was checked and rechecked before sending and all games loaded fine on it.
All my games and backup ps1 work on it, but i have failed so far to boot any of ps2 backups on it. I thought initially it was my burner but over the weekend i changed the firmware so that it now works as a dual format dive. i tied backing up nhl 2004 using nero 6 but it failed to boot up, i then tied backing up my gta3 game but that also failed to boot up on my ps2. All i get is that dreaded red screen 'please insert a ps1 or ps2 format disc'. Has any1 had similar problems or is it just me. Please any1, thxs in advance.

try using diffrent software such as record now max
