Use Automatic, go here to see how to do it. I personally get rid of everything except 5.1-dolby surround english. Then, you can use the Re-author function to just put the main movie (no menu or anything else) on the DVD and, if you are using Automatic, Shrink compresses it to the minimum needed to fit it to a +/- R disk. If you have Nero 6 then you don't need to do anything special. After Shrink has re-encoded the video then, it will burn it automaticly. All you need to do is keep a Blank DVD R in the burner.
