Is it possible to play gamecube games on xbox?

I put a Gamecube game in dvd2xbox and copied it on my xbox and it came out as a music file. Is there anyway to get the game to play on xbox?

Thanks

That doesn't explain why you would want to play GameCube Games on xbox ...

well, it is just that the question is so odd. If GC games cannot be played in a PC, it for sure won't be able to play in an xbox, or be read. Even if an emulator were out for xbox, it would only play iso's, at about .2 frames per second.

There is currently no way (and nothing in the near future) to play gcube games on your xbox.

You say that you don't have a broadband adapter to backup your games....if thats the case how are you gonna get the xbox to read gamecube games anyway? If you didn't already know they are specially designed for the Gcube and there is no way any drive can read them.

Anyway hope this clears things up,

If i was you i'd invest in a broadband adapter and backup your gamecube games through your pc.
