No Network Option on Boot

Hey Guys,

Quick question, my x-box doesn't have a network option no boot. I have not yet been able to let the x-box see a internet connection yet because I am in the middle of changing phone companies to get DSl. When it sees the internet, will this setting option then be available?

Internet Options are enabled when the console detects link from the ethernet port

HELP ME!!!! switched to usb dsl connection, bought a crossover cable, and still no network on boot!!!!! HELP PLEASE!!!
