HELP! What's wrong with Gameshark CDX?!

Ok, I've been burning PSX games for almost 5 years now, and DC games for over 2, so I'm pretty experienced in how to burn games. I've burned plenty so i'm not asking a tedious question.. but this one CD I just CAN'T get. I have Gameshark CDX for the Dreamcast, and it just won't burn correctly! I use Disc Juggler 3, and it says there is about 2:30 mins of info on the game. I will then make a .cdi image out of it to put on my harddrive, where it makes it incredibly fast, only in a second or 2. I'll load up the image file and it will say it's 2:30 mins long, and it will burn fine, but when I load it up in my DC it goes up to the CD player screen and says the disc is 6 seconds and it won't load. This is the only game I've ever had such a problem with and I don't know why!! I also tried it with CloneCD and got same results, and tried it on a different computer with a different burner and Disc Juggler 2 and same thing happened. I look inside the contents of the Gameshark CDX and it says one track has about 2 seconds of time in it, another one 4 seconds, and the session is 2:30 mins. The session is open however; is this why I can't burn it?? I'm guessing that when my CD-r writer tries copy the info, it skips the 2:30 min part, and only takes the 2 and 4 second gaps, and that's why it says there's 6 seconds of info on my CD. Can anyone PLEASE help me out here?!! Is there something wrong in how I'm burning it, or do you think my Gameshark CDX is just corrupted and I should try to find another copy?? The copy I have works fine when I play it, but the copies I try to make of it do not!! Please help me out by replying. THANKS!!

i didn't know the dc scene has been going for two years?!?.. ok, got that out of the way. first of all, are you burning a 2-3 second audio file as the first track of the cd? if so, are you setting your 1st_read.bin hack to the start of the 2nd lba? make sure all this data is correct. when you do it right, it will boot by itself...
