Duo now in!
Well since starting this post it's certainly sparked some interest! I finally fitted the Duo today and disconnected the Magic 3 clone!
It fired up first time and seems to boot up reliably every time(Fingers crossed after the Magic experience - see "Magic 3 Crossed wires" an earlier post of mine) . The style of the Duo chip and the ease of its solder points made it a pleasure to install (and other than sorting out the wiring of the poorly fitted Magic I have never fitted a modchip before). Here's hoping - and thanks for all the help (especially Seaneyb)and thanks to the Duo team - class product if your reading! Johnboy183

Now all you have to do is accidentally drop your Magic3 in the trash.
