Mameox on DVD: whos knows the final touch

Ok i got the mameox and legal xdk, i need to know what where to put from the xdk to the mameox folder. Do i just add roms in a folder and paste them in the Mameox folder be4 burning. And what settings to burn with.
What i got:
MAMEoX_v0.79.1b and openxdk-0.0.1-beta2

Why dont u just download the binary version. And what u mean by legal xdk, is it Open XDK. I heard some problems with that.
