sony can ban that key if more than 1 person logs on with it. Public keys will simply be backlogged. in order to "always return the key", you have to patch the code, In this instance only a select few know how to do this but wont reveal it for fear of sony. DNAS also allows sony to executed signed code that's sent over the net, Basically nuking any cracks they can find, do checksums on modules and binaries ect. Sony is already checking the bios modules to hunt down modchip users, nobody is even certain that modified modules are being check simply because they have never gotten that far in the authentication.
