problems copying sonic and soul calibur

I usually use psxcopy 2k and diskjuggler to copy my copies, but with soul calibur I cAnt burn a burn off a working copy psxcopy comes up with an error and diskjuggler just burns toasters. With sonic i made a diskjuggler image and the size is too big it wont expept my 80min cd's to burn it on because it says i need a larger cd now. could someone pls help or post forward any suggestions.
