Problems with Armed and Dangerous no-CD

I tried playing with the no-CD on this site today, but for some reason, it keeps on prompting me for the CD. I did a forum search and I couldn't find any other mention of this problem, but has anyone encountered it?

are you sure its a no-cd and not a fixed exe?

It says "Fixed/no-CD".
