Conversion was never and easy or perfect science. Ive looked for an answer for this question for nearly 1 1/2 years. I havent found a sure answer yet.
What you were talking about were the region settings that just allow players to play the dvd. But you forget, or dont know that the entire movie is encoded in PAL. So a total reencoding would be necessary. Tyler!
