Preserving File Order Of Iso.

Anyone know how to preserve the original file order of a DC Game after you have have ripped an ISO with DCRip? I will normally have two iso's which I have to extract then build into a single iso before the burn. Has anybody made a proggie which will just patch the two parts together. Even if dummied the games will still over-seak. I know Kalisto was able to do it. Anybody know how?
