Championship manager 4 help

Okay I've searched the fourm and I didn't find this problem
I've bought cm4 when I was in korea so it's korean version
and because if u buy the korean version you have to download it all at once(it's something like updating windows). Im on 56k so I didn;t bother. anyway I've downloaded no cd patch(v.04) from some site I don remember and I'm getting errors when I load my game which I was playing with the cd
Now my cd-drive doesn;'t work....
I think it;s the language problem
what should I do???
