How can i create Ps2 Backups?

Hi,

I already make backups for my PsOne I used Cdrwin or i copy them direct... now i have an modchip in my ps2 and also want to make backups - but i don't know how to make them - when i try to make an bin&cue file like i did before with the psone games it always show me *illegal track info* or *wrong track info* etc

so pls be kind an give a newbie a guide ;D
