what am i doing???????

i downloaded and UNRARed F1 racing...it came in several different file types...all the game files extensions are *.001, *.002 and etc up to *.009. then the other files are *.nfo and *.sfv, what do i do with these, can anyone help me?

The 001, etc files, you need to open up the first one in WinRAR and unpack them. The NFO file in "INFO" about the image, and the SFV is checksums for the files to make sure they aren't missing any info, but you'll work that out if the RAR packs don't unrar!
