Is there a way I can convert the PAL image of Need For Speed: Underground to NTSC?

If you mean the ADR patcher with pal2ntsc loaded fixes. Then the answer is "yeah sorta".
It doesn work 100% on every game. I would still go with ps2chimps because he does a very good job. Tyler!
