Copying Backups ???

I know this one has been asked a ton of times but I'm just looking for a final answer here.
First of all. Can you copy a game you already burned or do you have to re-burn from image?
Secondly, if you can copy a copy, does anyone have some hints or tips on the best methods, software, and settings?

Thanks in advance.

To back-up a back-up is easy for some and harder for others it really depends on your burner make and model and then what burning program you want to use also you will have to make sure that your back-ups you have dont have some sort of protection on them or it will be difficult. I find PSX COPY 6.0 worked fine for some of my romz but still can't copy all, my burner probably sucks but hey not worth the hassel when you can get em for a couple of quid each... Try looking on Big Poppas post it gives the link for PSX COPY it's a good prog and it'll burn multisession with most burners
