Quick question...Not a newbie question cause I am fine with buring games, etc... It's a burner

Are the burners that come with the Gateway PC's any good?

That's all I wanted to know...

thanks

all of there models prolly have different stuff in em.... i would recomend that you didn't get a gateway though, as they are just like a sucky hewlett packard or compaq... if you don't know how/too scared to make your own computer, go to www.alien-ware.com and buy one of theirs... closest thing you can get to a real comp without building it yourself. as for what burner you should get, teac, as they are guarunteed compatible with DJ

Heres the prob with gatways... You buy a certain model of it... custom or not, yet they change the parts inside even on the same models so you dont' know what yer gettin...Like in tose crazy vending machines or pinatas...
It sucked... I got a gateway and the burner didn't support multi session, whoops

Utopia and burner compatability?

I have'nt had any problem with my gateway. Far better than a Compaq Suxssarrio. Until now with the Utopia BootCD. I can't blame it on my writer though untill I know if I'm doin something wrong. Whats the real deal with "UTOPIA"......
I've tryed draging the BootCD.nrg to the layout, double clicking on the BootCD.nrg, and even experimenting on the settings. Changing from MODE1&2, joliet and the ISO settings. What the real deal. Should I use Discjuggler instead? All I want it for is for my DC to play .mpgs with GYPPLAY according to DCcopyworld...
