DUO chips were to buy cheap for 1
yes i was reading post at newz and found a installer and a customer haveing missunder standings and they went back and fourth a couple of time then the installer offers a free magic 3.1 install on a v4-7 unit only costing 15 to ship for the first person that asked about it i jumped right on it lol now i got me a free install but im thinking of getting a DUO chip if there decently priced and just have him install it cause i heard magic 3.1 chips r crap i figerd dose not hurt to have a extra v7 unit modded in case my v9 screws up again now i just got to get a v7 unit
 so could people post some cheap places to buy thnx.

You can't find a v7 in strores anymore. Check ebay. Seeing that you can get an install done for $30, it isn't really worth spending $180 on a new ps2, unless you really need another ps2...

yeah i was going to go with ebay i could talk peps down on there i have bought them for 120$ used maybe i can get a bare unit for around 100
but i ment the duo chip is what i was looking to buy and the guys giveing me a magic 3.1 chip and install only thing i pay is 15$ return shiping which i know is a lil high cause to ship a unit off usely runs around 6$ or 7$ useing usps i think hes chargeing for the chip as well in the shiping
