Backing up a DVD and keeping DTS sound, possible?

I have a movie i want to backup that has DTS sound. I do not care if it is split up or on one Disc. Either way is fine. I have DVD X Copy platinum. is there anyway i can back it up and keep the DTS feature? What do i have to do? Thanks in advance

Dave

Yes you can.

I personally use CloneDVD for my movie backups. It has a check or uncheck feature that allows you to keep or loose whatever audio tracks you want. I normally keep all english audio tracks including DTS and get rid of any French or Spanish tracks.

It will keep your DTS. Just use compression if it is a dvd9 and burn.
