NEED YOUR HELP AGAIN WITH RIPPING DC GAMES!!!!!!!!

Ok I have ripped the game and it is one with CDDA.... It has four audio tracks.... I have changed them to WAV and followed all the steps in the ECHELON Guide. However I dont understand what u do when u burn the audio tracks. I have tried burning all four tracks 1...4 and then burning the data, but I run out of space on a 700mb cd. So I copied track01 over all the other tracks to make them small. Now when the game is burnt it dont work at all.... Tried with a boot cd and without. Dont wanna boot. Have I gone wrong somewhere. Plz Help????
